Less charitably, I don't even think that's her job. Based on a lot of what is alleged, I think her job is recruiting very vulnerable young people with no awareness that normal jobs and professional communities exist, and making sure they see the Rationalist cult behavior as normal.

Her job is to make sure there is a steady inflow of idealistic young people into Rationalist workplaces and communities who have no expectations of boundaries into a system that will chew them up and spit them out.
