As an autistic man myself, I find the notion that autistic men are somehow wholly incapable of understanding when they might make women uncomfortable to be ridiculous and frankly offensive. It is not an unknowable thing.

Yeah, you'd think at least they would be capable of understanding "I don't like it when I feel This Way, there's things I can do that make people feel This Way, I should avoid doing those things."
