I guarantee you that if anyone ever did this to, for instance, Thiel - not simply challenge him, but express outright contempt toward his intellect, wrapped up in an insult - he would react as if he’s just been slapped across the face. No one talks down to these self-styled gods. And they should.

The Venn of people who would do this, can afford to do this, and move on the circles where they’d have the opportunity, has effectively zero overlap. Same goes for Musk and JKR, and every other rich psychopath. There’s a reason they all go berserk when social media exposes them to any criticism

I am aware of his petty proxy lawsuits, but I’m not aware of him personally instigating lawsuits against people who’ve called him a nitwitted twatwaffle to his face.
