Yeah, but I think we _really_ want all the possible evidence from the ship (Especially if it has modifications for sabotage, as that would give a cause to go through a lot of the ships in the Baltic Sea) and diplomatic situation with China is much easier with arrested/dead GRU instead of sunk ship.
