Thank you, I appreciate it! The CEO left a comment on the post, which attempts to explain. I found his comment pretty gross and very different to anything else that had been said to me before posting. I also found his explanation absurd. I think it's impossible to know what they were thinking.

Fam I helped report harassment only to watch it be swept away.
Peeps who had to minimize how coworkers sexualized them to continue on.
If one styles themselves a leader and fails when a staff member needs you at their most vulnerable you're no leader at all.
