from what I'm reading it seems like a lot of "how to please the men" lessons
the flirt girls are the ones expected to help the men learn, and if it was strictly voluntary, consensual, with clearly established boundaries etc. that'd be one thing, but many women feel pressured to take part for work

Feels like they're trying to steer kink and polyamory away from the stereotypes of organized events being rote and proceduralist but they're reinventing the reasons why that exists in real time.
