Yeah, one thing that stood out to me (besides the consent issues) is that effectively-mandatory work socializing in an industry with so many autistic people sounded counterproductive.

Yeah I know people who are bad at understanding situations (even after you explicitly tell them) but as someone who is borderline, I feel like my sense of “this person is a lying manipulator and you should never ever trust them” is higher than even most NT people.
