And just reference, my company effectively put a rule in place that any after work gathering of employees (even just a group at happy hour after work), the most senior level employee is responsible for whatever happens and is required to report problematic behavior.

And when I say problematic I mean harassment like stuff (non-sexual included). Doesn’t necessarily prevent stuff from happening but it puts some (mostly perceived) liability on people that should know better.
