I had a knew a lady who had been made first female partner at her firm. The partner's lounge was male only, though. But - she would be allowed if she sat on the lap of one of the male partners.

Anyway she fucked off and started her own firm. She hated the drinks after work culture and made sure her employees understood that was not part of the job.
