It鈥檚 become a pretty common tactic to murder minorities over the internet, this is what nearly happened to a prominent trans woman in the furry community known as BlueFolf.
We need to start treating them like murders, and put a stop to them by any means.

One would have to see if they actually knew the indicators for suicide in the person.
There was clear malice in the actions, and they SHOULD聽know that their actions could drastically increase risk of suicide in their victims.
I would think it should be second degree murder.

Given the malicious nature of this group towards harmless folks, I wouldn't put it behind me that suicide was the goal. They think they can get away with taking people's lives by inserting harmful thoughts into their minds. In their minds, its not murder if they aren't doing the traditional killing.

Obviously, it's fucking false and it well exposes how stupid these people really are. If you intend death to happen to a person, you are a murderer through and through. No technicalities.

It's very clear.聽聽However, not beyond a reasonable doubt clear, so by giving only the option of the higher charge, they risk letting them off on that technicality.
It's a tendency that happens in cases like these.
